Nicole Moss specializes in corporate transactions and private securities law, including mergers & acquisitions, equity & debt financings, corporate and partnership structuring and formation, private placements for companies and private funds, state and federal securities law compliance and reporting and general corporate matters. She represents private companies at all stages of corporate growth.
EDUCATION
Ms. Moss received her B.Sc in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992 and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1994.
